• No automated profiling with legal effects is carried out, and data is never shared with third parties for advertising purposes or sold.

5. Personal Data Processed

• Basic identification data (name and email).
• Contact details voluntarily provided in the forms (phone and company).
• Technical installation data entered in the calculator (segment, PV capacity, estimated consumption, tariff zone and type), used solely to produce the requested estimate.
• Technical data necessary for service operation.

7. Data Sharing and Access

• No personal data is shared with third parties except where legally required or with necessary technology providers.
• The calculator form is processed through Formspree (Formspree Inc., United States), acting as a data processor to deliver the notification of each request. This international transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
• The pilot request, contact and resource download (PDF guides) forms are managed with HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Ltd.), acting as a data processor to record the request in our CRM and, only if you authorise it in the form itself, to send you NeuraSun news. The data is hosted in HubSpot data centres in the European Union.
• Hosting of the platform and its data is provided by cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud and Vercel).
• Providers must comply with GDPR and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses.
