      A report against the site without an EMS. If they continue, the pilot is deducted; if not, it ends there.

    It fits if your client has

    • A C&I battery, from a few kW to over 1 MW
    • Inverters and battery with Modbus / SunSpec
    • A meter at the grid connection point and an internet connection

    Questions about the pilot

    Who pays for the pilot?

    Your client, directly to NeuraSun. If they continue, what they paid is deducted from their first year of licence.

    What if they don't continue after 3 months?

    It simply ends. No lock-in and no penalty.

    Do inverters or batteries need replacing?

    No. NeuraSun works with the equipment already on site, over Modbus / SunSpec. Fronius and BYD are validated; other brands are validated during the pilot.

    What do I do during the pilot?

    Install the gateway on site. We do the configuration remotely and, for the three months, you see the site in your dashboard.

    What if the site loses internet?

    The gateway has the day's plan downloaded and keeps running it. Tested up to 4 h offline; after that it switches to autonomous mode.

    How much does it cost?

    It depends on the battery PCS power rating. We give you the price together with the preliminary study, which is free.
